Wedding & Events

Eligible drivers must be aged between 25 and 75 and hold a valid driving licence with no more than six penalty points. Rates apply per single driver; additional drivers incur an extra charge (€30 per driver).

Rental terms define permissible use:

- Touring (recreational use): Covered under basic rates; prohibited for weddings, events, or other commercial uses. Misuse voids all coverage, leaving you fully liable.

- Weddings & Events: Covered only if booked under a designated wedding/event package and accompanied by appropriate insurance.

- Photography & Commercial: Separate terms apply; contact the company to confirm details and any additional requirements.

Comprehensive insurance is included, though an excess applies should there be damage or theft attributable to the client. The security deposit, equivalent to the excess, is held as a pre-authorisation on your bank card.

Cars are delivered with a full tank and must be returned full. If not, a refuelling fee applies (e.g., €4.50/litre), plus a labour charge (e.g., €30). Weddings packages typically include a free full tank for single-day use.

No need to refuel if refuelling option is purchased at time of booking (€90)

Rentals include 150 km per day; any additional distance is charged per km (e.g., €1/km + VAT).

Delivery and collection services are available upon request. Additional charges apply based on distance. Please provide address(es) for a precise quote.

At the time of delivery (or pick up at our premises), the driver must attend an in-person presentation and handling demonstration, car check and damage deposit formality.

Please check the details provided for each car to assess the suitability to your own needs. Only a few will accommodate taller drivers (>1.85m or >6'2") or large wedding dresses.
Classic cars don't often come with automatic gearbox. Only the Mercedes do.

All classic cars must be carefully parked off-street if possible. For several days bookings, the car must be parked overnight in safe and covered locations. if necessary please use the soft covers provided.

Zero-tolerance for drink-driving. Any accident or damage following alcohol consumption is the client’s full financial responsibility.

Bookings require a rental contract, copies of licences, and proof of address.

A deposit of 50% is due upon booking; the balance is due one month before the rental date. Payment links are issued via bank.

- Cancellations over one month before rental date, the booking deposit is not refunded. For cancellations less than one month before the rental date incur the full rental charge.

- Should the company need to cancel, a full refund will be issued.

If your selected vehicle becomes unavailable, a car from the same category or group will be offered as a substitute.

- For weddings/events: Optional décor (e.g., floral garlands, “Just Married” suitcases) are available on select models.

- For photography/commercial projects: Offer flexibility in delivery, timing, and driver presence— contact for tailored terms.

All cars are equipped with a tracker. Excess mileage, ZTL infractions and speeding fines will be recorded and charged directly to the customer.
